Moodle 2.8.4 is released now.

Some major improvements are:

• Performance improvements in gradebook operations.
  
• Now, its possible to embed YouTube videos with start time and play list information.
  
• Improvements in grading report where report shows correct number of students per page.
  
• Now, you can always see feedback from module assign is shown in the gradebook.
  
• A number of security related issues are resolved.
